Wilson Blake was founded to address the need of smaller companies for professional services on sensible terms. Too often, these companies experience cash flow difficulties as a result of inadequate planning or delays in raising capital because of preventable problems uncovered during due diligence. These issues can adversely affect the growth and value of the company.
Jason Wilson is a corporate finance specialist and lawyer with more than 13 years of experience advising corporations through start-up, growth and maturity phases. He spent five years in investment banking at Banc of America Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities, served as in-house legal counsel to a publicly traded company and worked for several American Lawyer 100 law firms.
He is accomplished in analyzing strategic alternatives available to companies as well as negotiating and structuring complex transactions. He has a background in mergers and acquisitions, private investments, capital markets and leveraged loans with over 40 transactions with an aggregate value of over $13 billion to his credit. Jason received an A.B. from Princeton University, J.D. from UCLA School of Law and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
